Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using Home Desk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms may be updated from time to time — we will notify you by email of material changes.
The Service
Home Desk is a household bill management tool that lets you track bills, receive email reminders, and view spending trends. We provide the service on a subscription basis. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others outside your household. You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscription and Billing
Home Desk is $4.99/month. Your 14-day free trial starts when you create a household. No card is required to start. Billing begins only if you subscribe through checkout, at $4.99/month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access until that date.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge if you are not satisfied. Email support@hellohomedesk.com to request a refund. After 30 days, charges are non-refundable.
Your Data
You own your data. We store it to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Home Desk for any illegal purpose, to attempt to access other users' data, to reverse-engineer the service, or to use automated tools to access the service in ways that place excessive load on our systems.
Limitation of Liability
Home Desk is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed bill payments, late fees, or financial losses of any kind resulting from your use or non-use of the service. Email reminders are a convenience feature — you remain responsible for paying your own bills.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
